Alexis Sánchez, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Diego Costa, Eden Hazard and Sadio Mané the top fantasy football players
After a busy festive period you might be considering dipping into the transfer market and possibly using your wildcard for a total New Year change!
Alexis Sánchez is in the middle of contract discussions with Arsenal and is believed to be wanted in Italy by Inter as well as the lucrative prospect of a transfer to China but at the moment it looks like he’s going nowhere!
If you want the Chilean star it will cost you £11.9 million – at present 39.9% of players have picked him and he leads the way with an incredible 136 points.
The current form man is everybody’s favourite Swede – A certain Zlatan Ibrahimovic who has scored 123 points. He has scored 12 times in his last 12 games!
West Ham will be pleased to know that, unless they play the Red Devils in the cup, they won’t have to face Zlatan again this season – he scored three times in the two league games.
Whilst the ‘neutral’ loves Zlatan, the man they tend to hate is Chelsea’s Diego Costa! The Brazilian forward has come out and said he wanted to leave last summer and is another who is wanted in china!
Costa is having an excellent season – he has netted 17 times in 23 games and is yet to pick up a red card! The Spaniard has picked up 121 points!
His teammate Eden Hazard is not far behind – the Belgian has 118 points. These are largely due to good start to the season. Whilst he is not cheap as the Blues’ penalty taker he is someone worth signing!
The last man on the list is Sadio Mané – he has shown why Liverpool paid so much for him in the summer. He has an excellent ration of scoring one goal every three games.
Unfortunately for Red’s fans the Senegal star is off on international duty at the African Cup of Nations for the next few weeks.
