Sergio Agüero, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Alvaro Negredo, Etienne Capoue and Philippe Coutinho top scorers
After two weeks Sergio Agüero and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are off to a flying start with 22 points each.
As you would expect they have both been popular choices with the Swede being picked by 54.2% whilst the Argentine has been chosen by 52.2%.
Alvaro Negredo and his team Middlesbrough are enjoying a return to the Premier League – they beat local rivals Sunderland 2-1 last week thanks to two first-half goals from Cristhian Stuani. Negredo was on hand with a couple of assists taking his personal points tally for the season up to 19 and at £6.7m he is looking a bargain for Fantasy Football players.
Etienne Capoue failed to score in 36 games last season yet the Frenchman has scored two in two for the Hornets this season – it’s just a shame that they only have a point to show for it.
Phillipe Coutinho got off to a good start in week one but last week’s disappointing result against Burnley his points tally wasn’t really improved on and to make matters worse he is doubtful for Saturday’s match with Spurs due to injury.
The highest scoring keeper is currently Burnley’s Tom Heaton with 14 points sand then Ben Foster with 12 and Hammers’ Adrian as third with 11 points.
Gareth McAuley and James Collins remain the top defenders with 14 points each.
